Fan profiles · Pulse

Every fan.One profile.

Every ticket buyer becomes a contact in a list you own. Open any fan and see every order, check-in, email and signup in one place.

Instagram decides who sees your posts. Ticket platforms hold your buyer list. Pulse keeps your fans in your own database, so switching platforms never means starting over.

Your buyers, added for you

Sell a ticket on AFTR DARK Tickets and the buyer lands in Pulse. No export, no spreadsheet the morning after.

Bring the rest of your list

Connect DICE and Eventbrite, or import any CSV export. Duplicates merge by email, so one fan is one profile.

The whole story on one page

Orders, tickets, shows checked in, no-shows, emails opened and clicked, signup forms, tags and your team’s notes.

Spot who to reward next

Five orders, four shows, opened 18 of 21 emails, on the presale list. That’s a superfan. Tag them and build from there.

  • A ticket sells. The buyer is added to Pulse with the order and the event.
  • They walk in. The door scan marks the show as attended on their profile.
  • They open your email. Opens and clicks are added to the same profile.
  • They sign up for the next presale. The form signup and its verified email land there too.

Permission is kept per organizer, as CASL requires. Buying a ticket is never treated as permission to email, other organizers never see your contacts, and opt-outs stay opted out.
